Leading international equestrian sports network, Horse & Country (H&C), is open for partnerships with equestrian and related lifestyle brands in the United States. The move comes on the back of H&C’s strongest ever schedule of horse sport live streams, combined with significant growth in U.S. distribution.

H&C’s streaming service, H&C+, has a broad footprint including all leading streaming platforms such as Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, and Amazon Fire, as well as web and mobile apps. H&C+ is now also available on Comcast’s XFinity X1 and Flex platforms, reaching 20 million U.S. television households, and H&C’s free linear channel is distributed to more than 20 million screens in the U.S. through Vizio’s SmartCast service. Overall, H&C offers brands more opportunities to reach equestrian-focused consumers than any other video service.

H&C’s partnership program in the U.S. is led by Partnerships Manager, Tattie Singer. Singer has broad experience within the sector having previously held sponsorship roles with US Equestrian, equestrian sport’s national governing body, and high-profile equestrian events, including the Split Rock Jumping Tour and Palm Beach Masters.

  • In coming months H&C+ will show extensive live coverage across a wide range of disciplines including:
  • HMI Equestrian Classic, Sonoma Horse Park – July 28 - August 1
  • Giant Steps Charity Classic, Sonoma Horse Park – August 3-8
  • MARS Great Meadow International – August 19-22
  • Platinum Performance/USHJA Green Hunter Incentive Championships August 17-19
  • Platinum Performance/USHJA International Hunter Derby Championship – August 19-21
  • Dressage at Devon – September 28-October 3
  • ArenaMend Classic CSI5*, Greenbrier Resort – October 14-17
  • Maryland 5 Star at Fair Hill – October 14-17

H&C offers three distinct opportunities for brands to benefit from live coverage: in-stream billboards, in-stream video ads, and pre-roll video ads, which play each time a viewer launches the live stream. Plus, for brands looking for international exposure, H&C also offers streams from many major British, European, and Australian events.

In addition to live sport, H&C produces extensive equestrian content such as masterclasses and training series, barn tours, rider profiles, and documentaries, all available on demand through H&C+.

Singer said, “A key part of my role is to work with brands to develop content projects that seamlessly integrate brand messaging within high-quality content. With H&C, equestrian brands can showcase their products, create association with relevant topics such as nutrition or footing, and leverage their relationships with their sponsored riders.”

H&C Board Director David Qualls commented, “H&C’s U.S. operations continue to go from strength to strength. We have created a strong portfolio of ad units that enable advertisers to reach the highly-engaged audiences of our live streams.  Going forward, we’re committed to building long-term relationships with brands that are built on high-value content partnerships.”
