Two winners will be selected as the inaugural winners of the Voltaire Design Tack Room Awards during the 2019 Capital Challenge Horse Show, to be held September 27 – October 6, at the Prince George’s Equestrian Center in Upper Marlboro, MD.

Two beautiful tack room setups at the 2019 Capital Challenge Horse Show will be recognized with the inaugural Voltaire Design Tack Room Awards during the 26th annual event, to be held September 27 through October 6, at the Prince George’s Equestrian Center in Upper Marlboro, MD.

Tack rooms will be judged on their overall appearance with one winner selected during BIGEQ.com Equitation Weekend, September 27 and 28, and announced on Saturday, September 28, and a second winner chosen between September 30 and October 2 and announced on the evening of Wednesday, October 2.

In addition to receiving in-ring recognition and the winning title, the two Voltaire Design Tack Room Award recipients will receive a Voltaire Design Weekend Bag filled with a variety of products to be enjoyed by trainers and barn managers alike!

As an innovative and decidedly chic French saddle maker, introducing and sponsoring the all-new tack room awards was the perfect fit for Voltaire Design.

“We love the intricate and beautiful setups created by the exhibitors at Capital Challenge and believe the best ones deserve to be rewarded,” said Nicole Eggert, U.S. marketing representative for Voltaire Design. “We hope this award helps recognize those behind the scenes who work hard to allow horses and clients to express their potential in the show ring."

Recognizable by their signature blue-striped gullet, Voltaire Design saddles are made in France with the finest French leathers and are infinitely customizable. The Made in France-promise and the technical aspects of Voltaire Design’s products quickly attracted some of the greatest American riders, including double Olympic team gold medalist champion Beezie Madden and top riders such as Amanda Derbyshire, Shane Sweetnam, and Hope Glynn.

With the comfort and performance of the horse and rider as the company’s main concern, Voltaire Design has made “innovation” its motto in order to offer better products to help riders achieve their full potential.
