Circuit Stall Reservations Now Open for World Equestrian Center – Ocala 2025 Winter Spectacular Show Series

Circuit stall reservations are now open for World Equestrian Center – Ocala’s (WEC) 2025 Winter Spectacular Show Series, taking place from January 1 to March 23, 2025. A World Championship Hunter Rider (WCHR) week will take place on January 28-February 2, 2025, and a second WCHR week will be added to the Series at a later date, both pending approval.

Circuit stalls and paddocks will be available until November 22, 2024, or until inventory is exhausted. There are a limited number of circuit stalls and paddocks available.

Circuit Stalls: $3,600
Circuit Tack Stalls: $3,600 (locking tack rooms subject to availability)
Circuit Paddock: $3,600

The same price is charged for cash or credit. Reservations require a 50% deposit or may be paid in full. Deposit checks must be received within 10 days, or reservations will be canceled. WEC recommends using a traceable mailing service.

Full payments must be paid online or received by check by November 22, 2024, or reservations will be canceled.

Circuit items are refundable until November 22, 2024, less a $90 processing fee. Stalls and paddocks are the property of World Equestrian Center. Circuit rentals may not be transferred to a third party without the express written consent of WEC management. All horses on the grounds will be charged for a stall or ship-in fee.

No reservations will be accepted through email. Reservations will be complete upon processing of payment and approval of WEC. Please understand that WEC is unable to accept location requests at this time. Tack stall and paddock requests will be accommodated based on the ratio of horse stalls ordered.

The prize list, entries, as well as weekly stall, tack stall and paddock reservations for the WEC – Ocala Winter Spectacular Show Series will be available at a later date.

In addition, two weeks of USEF-rated competition for the WEC – Ocala Spring Series will be added from March 26 to April 6, 2025, pending approval. Prize list, entries and stabling information for the Spring Series will be available at a later date. Please note that WEC – Ocala Spring dates are not included in Winter Spectacular Series circuit stall pricing.
