Media Accreditation Application Now Available for Longines Masters of New York

Media accreditation applications are now being accepted by EEM for the second edition of the Longines Masters of New York, running April 25 through 28, 2019, as part of Season IV of the Longines Masters Series.

Held at NYCB LIVE, Home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, the American leg of the Longines Masters Series will feature international show jumping competition and unparalleled sport with the world's top-ranked equestrian athletes, as well as luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Some of the highlights at the 2019 Longines Masters of New York will include:

Thursday, April 25
o AKC Agility Premier Cup, presented by EEM – This family-friendly event marks the first time AKC Agility will be held at an equestrian event, demonstrating the amazing abilities of both horses and dogs in their respective sports.

Friday, April 26
o IHSA Metropolitan Equitation Invitational – Top Intercollegiate Horse Show Association athletes competing at the Longines Masters for the first time!
o Longines Speed Challenge – The fastest class in the world! International 5* riders go head-to-head against the clock in this one-of-a-kind competition.
o Santi Serra Camps Performance – Sercam Show featuring “Natural dressage” or liberty training. Celebrate the majesty of the horse and its relationship with humans in this special equestrian show.

Saturday, April 27 – Day Session
o Under 25 1.45m – The young stars of tomorrow show off with their talented mounts at NYCB LIVE.
o Masters Power – A unique high-jump competition highlighting the athleticism and power of the equine athlete.
o Santi Serra Camps Performance – Sercam Show featuring “Natural dressage” or liberty training. Celebrate the majesty of the horse and its relationship with humans in this special equestrian show.

Saturday, April 27 – Evening Session
o Masters 1 1.50m – Watch the world's best riders compete for top honors at the Longines Masters of New York.
o Riders Masters Cup – Two rounds of one-on-one duels decide the winning team in a transatlantic battle of Riders USA vs. Riders Europe you won't find in any other series.

Sunday, April 28
o Masters 3 Grand Prix – 1.25m riders take center stage for their final class.
o Masters 2 Grand Prix – 1.45m competitors look for a place on the podium in their featured event.
o Longines Grand Prix of New York – The crown jewel of the Longines Masters of New York, the Grand Prix is one to watch!
o Santi Serra Camps Performance – Sercam Show featuring “Natural dressage” or liberty training. Celebrate the majesty of the horse and its relationship with humans in this special equestrian show.
